NEPC Annual Reports

(Reporting year from 1 July to 30 June)

Under the National Environment Protection Council Acts (NEPC Acts), the National Environment Protection Council (NEPC) is required to prepare an annual report of its operations. Individual NEPC Ministers are also required to prepare an annual report on the implementation and effectiveness of national environment protection measures (NEPMs) within their respective jurisdictions. These reports are compiled together with the required financial reports to form the NEPC Annual Report.

The NEPC Annual Report is tabled in all Australian Parliaments.
