Second review
The second review of the NEPC Act was undertaken in 2007 by John Ramsay Consulting. The recommendations of the Act review include legislative changes to the NEPC Acts - including the ability of NEPC to make NEPMS on any topic - as well as a review of the NEPC/EPHC protocols

First review
The first review of the NEPC Act was undertaken in 2002 by Dr Don McMichael. The recommendations of the Act review include legislative changes to the NEPC Acts as well as a review of the NEPC protocols.
